I found this CD at my local library today, and thought I would give it a listen. After all, the band does have some existing star quality, as Tool frontman Maynard Keehan joined forces with guitarist Billy Howerdel and famed bassist Jeordie White of Marilyn Manson.
The album starts out quiet and slow, and mounts to a crescendo of great alternative music by the last song. With dark but highly entertaining undertones, Thirteenth Step is a perfect addition to any audiophile’s collection.
